My Full Story
I was laid off unexpectedly after six solid years at the same company. I sent over 40 applications and got almost no callbacks, and with a family depending on me, the financial pressure built up fast.
I decided to just contact them directly and explain my exact situation. I was given specific guidance and dua for my job search in the first week, got my first real interview callback within two weeks, and received a strong job offer within five weeks of starting.
As an engineer I like data and outcomes more than explanations, and the outcome here was clear enough that I’d tell anyone in a similar spot to just reach out and see.
